The things I want to say but I can’t always find the breath or verbal strength to. When my physical voice quiets, something in me shifts deeper, and the truth finds its way to a written line, a note, and then maybe a story.

The Unspoken Bit is a personal record of the thoughts that I usually struggle to say due to a speech impediment – between the oh buts, the second-guesses and the quiet realisations that often come too late for the verbal conversation. This is my new me! Stories will only come when they are ready and never before. Just me writing about being me, one unspoken word at a time.
